What data we collect
The customer’s name and phone number, the recipient’s name and phone number, the delivery address, the card message and order history. Bank card details are processed by the payment service; the shop neither sees nor stores them.
Why we need it
To arrange and deliver your order, send you a photo of the bouquet and status notifications, and improve our service based on anonymised statistics.
Where it is stored
On servers in the Russian Federation, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Access is restricted to the owner and florist roles in the management panel.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data by writing to the concierge. Consent to marketing emails can be withdrawn in one click.
Demo mode
In the demonstration version, orders are stored only in your browser’s memory and are not sent anywhere.
