Can you deliver anonymously?+
Yes. Select this option at checkout: the courier will not name the sender, and the card will carry only your message.
What if the recipient is not at home?+
The courier will call both the recipient and you. We wait 15 minutes free of charge, then agree a new time window or leave the bouquet with a neighbour, the concierge or reception.
Will you send a photo of the bouquet?+
Always. A photo of the finished arrangement arrives in the app, on Telegram or by SMS before the courier sets off. If anything is not quite right, we will rearrange it.
How does the freshness guarantee work?+
If, with the care instructions followed, your bouquet loses its looks within 7 days, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
Can I get a refund?+
Cancellation is free until arrangement begins, and the money is returned to your original payment method within 1–3 working days.
