1. General provisions
These terms set out the conditions for the sale of flowers, arrangements and gifts by the Deus Flowers boutique and are a demonstration document for this storefront. In the live version, the seller’s company details are given here.
2. Placing an order
Orders are placed on the website, in the app or in the Telegram Mini App. The customer provides their contact details, the recipient’s details, the address, and the delivery date and time window. An order is deemed accepted once payment has been made.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in roubles. Payment is made through a payment service by SBP (Faster Payments System), SberPay, T-Pay or bank card. The delivery charge and any time window surcharge are shown before payment.
4. Delivery
Delivery takes place within the selected time window. Before dispatch, the customer receives a photograph of the finished bouquet. Individual flowers may be substituted with others of equivalent colour and value, provided the style of the arrangement is preserved.
5. Freshness guarantee and refunds
If the bouquet loses its appearance within 7 days, provided the care recommendations have been followed, it will be replaced or the money refunded. Before arrangement begins, an order may be cancelled without any deduction.
6. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Federal Law No. 152-FZ, and is stored on servers in the Russian Federation.
